ENTRANCE

The restaurant's discreet and understated entrance piques curiosity, weaving a touch of mystery into the space. It invites guests to step away from the city's hustle and immerse themselves in a haven of simple, serene culinary delights.
The thoughtful design around corners unfolds a journey from narrow beginnings to an expansive revelation, aiming to create an urban oasis reminiscent of a "hidden paradise." It offers a sanctuary for guests to unwind and reconnect with their tranquil essence amidst the city's fervor.

In the spatial design, minimalism is seamlessly integrated, using light and lines to shape the entirety. Clean, graceful, and elegant, the restaurant becomes a place of ultimate comfort and sophistication.
DINING HALL

The space utilizes blinds to softly filter in natural light, crafting a rich interplay of light and shadow that fosters a rustic, natural, and tranquil atmosphere. This subtle manipulation of light adds depth and texture to the culinary experience, providing a comforting and restorative environment for the mind and body.

The design of the main hall seating adheres to spatial order, offering each guest the best possible view and dining experience while ensuring privacy and a sense of security. The viewing platform features art pieces combining resin and wood, reimagining natural landscapes within the space to enrich the dining experience. This integration of natural elements into our space and daily lives aims to awaken a deeper awareness of nature in everyone.
PRIVATE ROOMS

The space ingeniously harnesses the interplay of light and shadow cast by natural light on the walls, creating a dynamic beauty reminiscent of natural surroundings. This design choice bridges the gap between humans and nature, transforming the space from a static, cold vessel into a vibrant, warm extension of life.

Moss and pebbles are tastefully interspersed among the stone steps, infusing the space with a sense of tranquility and subtle beauty. Rustic cherry blossom ground lights gently guide guests into a Zen-inspired sanctuary.

The ceiling retains its original beam and column structure, creating a harmonious dialogue with the floor. Compact spotlights and concealed light strips replace bulky chandeliers, highlighting the space's simple material textures and creating a play of light and shadow. This approach avoids a top-heavy visual experience, ensuring a balanced ambiance.

The design of irregularly shaped windows frames diverse scenic views, enticing people to turn their gaze back to nature rather than electronic devices. The interior's unique and unconventional shapes in every corner offer delightful surprises, enhancing the interaction and connection between individuals and their surroundings through the spatial experience.

Each private room is endowed with a name that reflects its unique ambiance and essence. The rooms feature wooden panels as wall materials, enhancing their appearance with a harmonious and simple aesthetic while also providing sound insulation, creating a comfortable and quiet dining environment for guests. The Japanese-style sliding doors echo the essence of Japanese culture, perfectly complementing the space dedicated to Japanese cuisine.

The space utilizes three elements: "wood, stone, and greenery," with wood as the primary material, echoing the Japanese minimalist and rustic style. Stone accents lend natural textures and depth to the space, while greenery infuses it with a breath of nature, making one feel as if they've stepped into a earthly paradise.
